How to send a notice

3. The exact link(s) to the content on the platform (for example the video URL).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review notices within 3 working days. When a notice is valid, we add the content to our blocklist so it can no longer be downloaded through fbvideodownload.net, and we confirm by email. To remove the original content from the platform itself, please also report it directly to the platform.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your details, the link, and a statement explaining why the block is incorrect.

Repeat abuse

We may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to infringe copyright.
