About FBVideoDownload

FBVideoDownload is a small, independent web tool that helps people save public Facebook media to their own devices. We built it because most downloader sites are slow, cluttered and full of misleading buttons. Ours tries to do one job well: you paste a link, you get clean files with sensible names.

How it works

When you submit a link, our server asks the platform for the publicly available version of that post, reads the media addresses it exposes and hands them back to you as download buttons. Files are streamed straight from the platform's content network to your browser. We do not keep copies of videos, photos or audio on our servers.

What we believe in

• Respect for creators. The tool is meant for saving your own uploads, content you have permission to reuse, or clips for personal offline viewing. Please credit creators and never re-upload someone else's work as your own.
• Privacy by default. No account, no sign-up, no browsing history tied to you. See our Privacy Policy.
• Honesty. If a post is private or a platform blocks a request, we tell you plainly instead of showing fake buttons.
